Where do the numbers come from?
The ounce price comes from gold-api.com, which updates every few seconds, and this page is rebuilt every 10 minutes. The rate of 3.64 riyals per dollar has been fixed by Qatar Central Bank since an Amiri decree in 2001, as Gulf Times reported from the bank's Financial Stability Review.
